Smirk FAQs

Smirk offers Mobile Health Benefits that include unlimited, free telehealth visits, an AI health care concierge, and limited benefit plans that pay set amounts for eligible healthcare services. You choose the benefits that fit your needs and budget, with the freedom to use any provider. Rather than an open-ended share of every bill, with Smirk each benefit pays a set amount toward a kind of care, so you know your number up front. It is a different kind of coverage: fixed indemnity insurance, not comprehensive major medical coverage.

Plans start from $20 per month. Your price depends on the plan and options you choose, and is shown before you enroll.

Yes, you can choose your provider. With Smirk there is no in-network or out-of-network to navigate.

Your Smirk benefits belong to you. They aren’t tied to an employer, client, or contract. As long as your plan remains active, your benefits stay with you as your work changes.

Plans pay a set dollar amount for specific services, like a doctor visit or a hospital stay, rather than a percentage of the bill. You choose the benefits you want and pay only for those. Smirk is not a marketplace plan and does not replace comprehensive health insurance. Benefits are paid in fixed amounts and may not cover the full cost of care.
